This is a court that allows Judges to be paid off to call a sexual assault (reported with evidence) a “sexual relationship”. So many children have been harmed by these nuts as well as battered women because their abusers were more powerful, connected, and had more money.
Sandy N. Leal has not just violated Federal, state, and county laws, she has abused her power, lied to cause me great harm after the further trauma and then the OC Courts blocked every complaint, provided bad instructions, discriminated against me for my disabilities, and refused to adhere to ADA accommodations, all in a Kangaroo Court where nutjobs like Sandy Leal think they can over ride medical professionals, have severely inaccurate transcripts, force someone with a doctors note that they are infectious with MRSA to appear… All in a court where if you are poor you will not have a lawyer, there is no jury, and no burden of evidence.
The second you find out she is your “Judge” file motions to have a new one. Under no circumstances do you want this incompetent, dangerously unstable, vengeful person on your case. ESPECIALLY where your and your childrens safety from abusers is at stake. When she screws up and violates the law, the courts will runs you in circles to protect them, refuse to submit complaints to superiors and the superiors clerks block the complaints as well.
